Here's how I added fullness to a sleeve, this is how I was taught to add fullness.
When cosplaying I have to alter a lot of patterns, so I thought I would share how I do some of it.

ooh! This is very cool to do, most definitely! However, I recommend in the future, if you're doing this, that you add more than one slash - because where you put the slash is where the fullness is, and that would mean it would all wind up in line with that sharp point at the bottom
