Don't be fooled by her cute "Hippie Deer Goddess" look - Chirakila is one nasty piece of work.

At twenty-one, Chirakila is the youngest Dragon in the history of the Skywatch to earn the rank of Squadron Leader (equivalent to Army Major).  Most Squadron Leaders attain this rank in their eighties (still young for a Dragon).  For those who know her, this does not come as too much of a surprise, for Chirakila is an exceptionally powerful Dragon with a mind as sharp as her claws.  She achieved the highest intelligence scores of all the 5000+ Dragons presently in the Skywatch.  Her firepower, psionic aptitude, fighting prowess and battle tactics are rarely seen even in Dragons ten times her age.

What might surprise those who know her, however, is her secret allegiance to the New Draconic Order - a fascistic Dragon Supremacist organisation that regards Humans as little more than pests.  The NDO follows ancient Dragon texts from the extremist fringe of their religion that are no longer believed by the majority of Dragons.  They believe that Humans are a fallen race that fell out of favour with the Creator Goddess Tikamath when they misused the Gift of Her Holy Blood (the Elixir) for their own selfish and destructive ends.  After stripping Humans of their godhood, Tikamath decided to create a new race in Her Divine Image, one that would be more worthy of Her Holy Blood and the powers that it would bestow.  So She created the Dragons.

Not only did Chirakila believe this much disputed myth, but she also desired the Elixir so badly that she was willing to murder her own cousin and childhood friend.

During the invasion of Kesalzhin Island College, Chirakila proved repeatedly that her reputation as a tactical prodigy were well-founded.  Her willingness to "think outside the pouch" proved to be very useful when dealing with unusual, unexpected, unheard-of opponents - such as an armed-to-the-teeth Gabrielle Gilson and her robots.

Created by Dream AI, this time with a LOT of filters - including comic, psychedelic, Ghibli and Pandora.  While she is not exactly as I had imagined her, I was very impressed with the whole "Hippie Deer Goddess" thing the AI was going for, so I decided to double down on it by generating multiple versions of the same theme, then blending them together in Gimp with transparent layers.
