Tribal Gear Logo

I just saw this Logo in a music-video of Payable On Death of the song Youth Of The Nation. Sadly the logo I could not see this logo very good - I've just saw a star, but it looks so amazing. And now I saw this Logo again, again with P.O.D. on 'Wuv´s' drums. It's the/a Tribal Gear Logo.
