I say challenge rather than a contest because there are no prizes except a feature for 1st, 2nd, and the 3rd winner who best describes what "Halloween" means with music to them.

Our group is in need of a contest and I think we should get some ideas from creative minds such as your creative minds.
Interactive engagement among friends I feel is a good start to a cooperative goal.
I will create a poll to display your ideas and we'll go from there.
You will also want to state what kinds of prizes should be awarded too.
