I find the bullet settings extremely difficult to adjust and painfully long to get it just right! I would also get that jitters as well. I tried to smooth it out with Webanimate program, and eventually just import the model into Lightwave3d and use their bullet calculation. Poser pro 11.1 added a new key-frame editor that is handy in adjusting animation, while locating each dial function very quickly. I just go in and delete several key-frame to smooth out the in between.
