Impresaclic is an unified messaging solution serving people on a daily basis with their messaging needs. The system caters for messaging across various channels namely: sms, email, fax and voice. My work was to come up with a non-intimitdating UI which allows the full features of the system to come across wihout making the whole thing look cluttered.
