Hey, everyone! I am happy to announce that today is the 1st anniversary of this group! Exactly one year ago today, this very place was crafted as a means to not only celebrate the Monster World series and all of the events going on around it that were official and fan-made, but also to bring everyone together for something that was of common interest. All of your work is amazing and it brings me so much joy to see individuals of all skill levels submitting pieces to have featured here in the large gallery that we have here now. And more are coming too! Regardless of the new deviant art layout, I will continue to search for and ask permission for new pieces that the world has to offer on DA. Thank all of you for everything, even if a majority of you won't let out a peep lol. That said, we have a special treat for you all today. Hello, fellow Monster World fans! I have come today to let you all know that we will be getting a discord server that is specifically for the Wonder Boy and Monster World games. I believe that at this point, with the 1-year anniversary coming up in exactly a week, it is appropriate to give this group and franchise the server that it deserves. I've never been the type to wait on the input of others to actually do something that I believe needs to be done, so I'm doing it. I believe that we as a whole NEED to expand and indulge in building something that does not properly exist quite yet and is long overdue at this day and age. When the group here on deviant art was crafted nearly one year ago, it was designed to not only gather as many pieces from the site as possible in one area, but to be able to bring everyone together in something that is of common interest. However, while I am incredibly happy with the amount of pieces that are here, it at times feel like more like an art gallery
