Once you enter the folder use your best judgment concerning which section your resource belongs in.

Do NOT submit to Featured.

Pick the Appropriate Folder(s), Subfolder(s) below.

To the far right of each folder is a big black "+" sign.

When you click this, two options come up: "Submit New Deviation" or "Contribute Existing Deviation..."
