Fractal collector # 2

Sometimes fractal landscapes remind me my childhood...

Well... reading this statement, one can ask « in which kind of world, on which planet did this man grow ? »

In fact, I grew up on earth, but looking at the sky, the stars, the planets,
through Cosmos 1999, Star Trek, The Forbidden Planet...

Then Menger bulbs remind me the moon station in Cosmos 1999.
While ASurf evoke in my mind some kind of extraterrestrial life.
The fractal world is a open universe of new forms, born from mathematics and imagination,
something like the inner science-fiction life of the human mind.

It was a long time ago, have to dig it up.
I normally don't share params, but I like giving hints, so if I find it I will post which formulas used (my guess is amazing box and menger something)

I'm still somewhat new to mandelbulb 3D, but I'm learning more by the hour.

It is much more efficient way to understand to backwards engineer, than attempting to just guess.

Also, can I ask out of curiosity, why don't you like to share parameters? Thieves?

I spend a lot of time trying out hybrids, most results are crap, so it takes patience...
I use Mandelbulb 3D, a bit easier then mandelbulber if you ask me.
