I couldn't even keep track of how many people suggested this piece or this artist to me over the last couple of months. ~MANDELWERK takes you on a walk through the hushed and spooky autumn scene
13th Secret Of Cathedral Woods. Elegant detail, incredible color control, and a great instinct for composition mark this as a masterpiece by a master fractalist.

Description
The fallen spring... a part of a "cathedral window" I found in the "Xth secret of" fractal I have been scrutinizing for a while now, see my gallery! The original "cathedral window" image is here now:
And a tweak of Cathedral Woods:
My favourite time of year is CHANGE: spring AND fall.
I feel that this image illustrates both seasons, from the colourful fall to the light crisp green spring.
This is a close up of an mandelbox fractal (a 3D box folded in the 4th dimension) rendered with Mandelbulb 3D.
I got my first DD on this piece! Thank you for all your nice comments!
On the one year anniversary of my first Daily Deviation I wanted to honor '13th Secret Of Cathedral Woods' with a new, bigger render:
