Loving the pearly, shimmery colors in this batch. It's been a while since I posted anything here. I actually just got back to making art after an 8-month break. It's good to be back.
They are glass cabochons that I made with some alcohol ink art. Many jewelry artists use them to make pendants (wire-wrapped and bead embroidery). They can also be dropped into a bezel for an instant pendant or made into magnets. This group is a mix of cabs that measure 35x25mm and 40x30mm. The sides and backs are painted with oil based paint which makes them safe for dipping into patina solutions. (wire-wrapped jewelry artists do this).
They will be posted in my Etsy supply shop here Color! Lots of vibrant spring/summer color here. I want to do a small batch of purple/pink/silver and then I am making more scratchboard cabs and paperweights. I'm on a roll LOL
