[ General Raffle Rules ]

• All raffles require Star Tickets to enter! Star Tickets can only be obtained from the Starfall Faire prompt and are capped at 4 per person, so please make sure you spend them wisely!
• There are no limits to submitting multiple tickets to any one raffle, or spreading them out among several. However, please consider the following when committing tickets to raffles:
• You cannot win more than one Star Ticket raffle! If you win a raffle, any tickets committed to other raffles will automatically be converted to EC at a rate of 1EC per used ticket. 
• Once all raffle winners have been drawn from any single raffle, all remaining entry tickets for that raffle will automatically be converted to EC at a rate of 1EC per used ticket. 
• All raffle drawing dates are listed in the raffle info. It's possible to plan around the drawing dates in case you'd like to enter a raffle that is drawn early, and then choose what to do with your remaining tickets afterward.
  
• Winners will be drawn using a random number gen.
• Some raffles/ticket events will be managed here on this journal, while others that require more room to breathe will be hosted on separate journals that are linked below.

 The Fortune Teller - Masterlist card updates

• The Fortune Teller will be selling the "Starfall Faire" card frame for [2] Star Tickets -or- [5] EC per elnin to update.
• This frame will only be available during Starfall Faire events, and will retire after August 31st until the next Faire.
• Card frame must be assigned to a single elnin at the time of purchase. 
  
• You can also choose to only unlock the card frame without updating the Masterlist art for [1] Star Ticket -or- [3] EC. In this case, the card frame will be listed as unlocked on your elnin, but the card art will not be updated until you request it at a later date (for an additional [3] EC).
• Card frames are locked to elnins rather than the elnin's owner, meaning they cannot be transferred off of the elnin during trades.
• You can also request to have your masterlist art updated at this time. Please see the following for guidelines.
• You may choose to update the elnin art on your Masterlist Card without buying the new frame for [1] Star Ticket -OR- [2] EC.
• For official/guest elnins, new art must be done by manaberri or the original artist.
• For MYOs, new art can be by any user but must be approved by manaberri first. 
• Keep in mind that Masterlist art should be unclothed/unobstructed to show the elnin's markings/features as much as possible.
• Masterlist art is generally oriented so that the bodies are facing right, so your image may be flipped accordingly.
