Kepler Senshi are their own species of creature. They are not humans. They are not related to humans. They did not evolve from humans. They really should share minimal qualities with humans (or really any recognizable animal), unless you can justify them being that way through their evolutionary backgrounds.

Some examples of what I mean:
*Does your senshi have hair/fur follicles? If so, why? Perhaps their planet is or once was colder, and it may have helped them retain heat. Perhaps they communicate through pharamones, and their hair traps these chemical trails.
*Does your senshi have breasts? Why? Is your senshi your planet's equivalent to a mammal? Do their breasts serve another function?

I ask these questions because the entire point of the Kepler Senshi was meant for artists to build a senshi from the bottom up, rather than the top down. In other words, your senshi should in some ways have designed themselves based on the environment they are from. They should not be recognizable as human (or human-related, like angels or mermaids or fairies) at all. Your senshi should not be a space Nekogirl, or a girl in a bunny suit. She should be extremely unique, and every feature should be deliberate and thoughtful.

This is an exercise for your brains and your creativity alike.
