Gaiana Moore ran her fingers through her orange hair as she stared at Aurora. Aurora picked at her hands nervously. She wasn’t sure why her mentor called her so suddenly to meet on a day when they don’t usually meet. Ms. Moore let out a sigh, “Well Aurora, it is time for your physical here at the academy. Follow me.” Aurora was a little surprised but followed her mentor as she was instructed to. They went down several hallways and passed a good number of classrooms before arriving at the nurses’ station, “This way.” instructed Ms. Moore. Aurora followed Ms. Moore to the back of the large room where there was a door. Going thru the door, there was a room sectioned off into three curtained-off areas. Her mentor pulled back one curtain to reveal a small space with what looked like an elaborate scale complete with a monitor, buttons and handrails. Alright, strip down to your underwear and step on the scale. Let me know when you are ready. Aurora did as she was instructed, obediently
