This is the runway backdrop that all Phase submissions will use. FREE DOWNLOAD.
Credit the dA GROUP, TOYHOUSE WORLD, or DISCORD when using the backdrop.

 It is perfectly acceptable to submit your pageant OC as a Phase with the backdrop and then resubmit with a different background - that's totally okay and cool. JUST REMEMBER to please submit your Phase in a timely manner on Discord, the dA Group, or in the Toyhouse World to participate [need only submit to one, but using all 3 is very awesome].
