Description
Story Quest DirectoryStory Quests are Main Events converted to Quests after their initial run. They give newcomers and anyone who didn't have a chance previously to get in on the main story line and catch up to the others in their own time.
Rules:
1.) You MUST have a completed reference sheet submitted into the group before you may start any Story Quests
2.) These quests are intended to be done in separate pictures; do not combine the individual quests please!
3.) If the quest is a Combo quest it will be stated as such when posted
4.) All Quest Submissions must be at least flat colour and fully lined in order to earn points. WIPS and lineart will not be counted.
5.) All Quests MUST contain a written portion. 6-8 sentences that give us the basic beginning, middle and end will suffice, but don't let that stop you from writing more! We love to read!
5.) Pixel art and bases ARE allowed for Story Quests so long as proper credit is given and pixel art MUST be your own.

Story Quest 1: An Unknown FaceA cool breeze drifts through your room, the sun having finally set on the hot day, bringing a full moon out to play among the stars. Its light filters in through your window as you settle down to sleep, a knowing smile on your face. If felt like you have always been as you are now, strong, with a powerful magic that grew as you did and a sense of a greater purpose in life beyond the simple desires of humans; fighting against the forces of evil, ensuring the safety of the world and those around you. A pride wells up in you as you close your eyes. You only wish you could meet more people like you.
As you drift into sleep, a gentle melody lulls you, calls to you, and you dream.
Light played along the tall, multi coloured walls, shining through the crystalline structures and sending a million halos of colour dancing along the slick clear floor. The room was massive; solid columns of different gemstones and jewels were spread throughout the expanse, reaching from floor to vaulted ceil
The girl in black looks around the room, curious as to where she could be. -Wait a sec, who’s that?!- She reaches her hand out to the shoulder of the tawny girl only to have the other girl whirl around ready for a fight.
The girl in black flinches a little, “… Um, hi?”
The tawny girl looks the girl in black over quick and hisses, “No touchy…”
The girl in black waves slightly, “Well ok then, that’s fair. Haha I’m Starling. … uh Taaffeite Starling to be specific. Who are you? Any idea where we are?”
The other girl shakes her head and breathes a sigh of relief, “Golden Tiger, Sardonyx Golden Tiger. I don’t know where we are either…”
