~Side Quests~Side Quests are fun little prompts outside of the Main Story that are designed to both further character development as well as give people something alternative than the heavier story plots to simply have fun with in their own time, and help keep people active during story breaks.
By participating in these Quests it will help earn you some nice loot in the form of Crystal Points (more information can be found in this journal: http://fav.me/d8ng04z )
Rules:
1.) You must have a completed reference sheet approved and submitted into the group.
2.) These quests are intended to be done in separate submissions; do not combine the individual quests please!
3.) If the quest is a Combo quest it will be stated as such when posted.
4.) All Quest Submissions that contain art must be at least flat colour and fully lined in order to earn points. WIPS and lineart will not be counted.
5.) All Quests with art MUST contain a written portion. AT LEAST 6-10 sentences telling us what is happening w
Starling limped out of the infirmary where she spent the majority of her evening being checked out by Nurse Galen... again. He was kind as usual, but Starling couldn't help but feel... helpless. She was so used to winning that losing to a fellow senshi was just devastating. The pain was pretty intense too. Nurse Galen said she didn't crack anything but bruised ribs were a sure bet. Starling slowly made her way back to her room, and closing the door behind her, she collapsed onto the floor in tears. She pounded the ground several times, crying out, "Why am I so weak?!" She wasn't sure because of the pain, but a warm sensation filled her starting in her chest and then moving all over her body... Starling felt it pounding near her shoulder blades like it was trying to escape her body. She wasn't sure if she should be curious or scared!
The warm sensation grew hot and then exploded from her body in a burst of black feathers! Her back felt as though it had split open!! The wind rushed around her, and as it did, she could feel new ... well it felt like a second pair of legs but on her back. She slowly opened her eyes and gazed to the left and then to the right... Wings! Like Sapphire Swan! Slowly standing, Starling was startled to find that some of her crystals had moved, new crystals had appeared, and parts of her fuku had changed too, "This is it! A new power! I have power!" Excitedly, Starling contemplated a rematch with Sapphire Swan only to crumple back over from the pain in her ribs from her sparring match with her just today... "Uh, maybe another time..." She thought better of the idea but did decide to go and congratulate Sapphire Swan on her victory and to show off her new wings to everyone.
