Gaara's scar

Not sure if a lot of ppl know this But the symbol on Gaara's forhead
is not a tattoo it's a scar and it the Japanese symbol for Love <3

I'm not sure why it's looks um like a tattoo(the color and how it looks) I guess they didn't care or it took to much time to make IDK :/
anyway I use to draw it how it looks but now I'm going to draw it like this <3
