Numix Bluish

This is a mod of popular gtk theme Numix. Inspired by this screenshot Yours Truly.
Tested on gnome 3.10 and Ubuntu 14.04

Extract the zip file to the themes directory i.e. /usr/share/themes/
Use gnome-tweak-tool to change the theme.

Also check these themes Numix dA and Numix Arctic.

Hey, could you tell what wallpaper you used in this screens?

Would you mind telling which file should i modify in gtk 3.0 if i wanted to change the color of the text on the menu of external apps like vlc, chrome, etc?. Great theme by the way, love it

Okay, turns out the GTK2 support for this theme does essentially nothing. If you need your entire desktop to be dark with this theme, you'll either have to fix that yourself, or do the easy solution and find a dark GTK2 theme, then dump the contents of its folder into Numix Bluish's GTK2 folder. Reapply the theme, and you're good.

Dark Radiance is so much easier on the eyes than vanilla Radiance. Ubuntu seriously needs that back with the default themes.

That is an absolutely beautiful version of the theme, and I was already using vanilla Numix. This is currently my favorite and I'm using it right now.

I just wish I could figure out why Pidgin, Skype, VLC, and other apps don't conform to it, they're all still white like Ubuntu's default theme.

Any chance for the wallpaper used in the background for the presentation? Nice theme btw :)

Edit: nevermind I found it using Google image search. :) Cropped the background part and Google found it. Thanks.

Any chance you could make a black and white numix theme like this… ?

You can try this one Numix Arctic. It includes dark version of the theme as well. And use gnome-tweak-tool to change the theme to the dark version.
