It's been over four months since the MEPs voted for the new Article 13 on 12th September 2018, people and critics are still arguing about the unintended consequences about the wrong direction of the copyrights law would kill off the internet in the use of heavy censorship on books, films, music and gaming content which the finalisation of text in Article 13 has been planned on 21st January 2019. However, the reality of this crisis is the absolute opposite. The copyright directive are trying to arrange better protection for the original creators, artists and producers revenuing the value gap; only to effect cooperate businesses like YouTube to pay the right-holders' licenses, not the government themselves to ban memes, live streams or any video uploads.

Content is already been blocked, several times, in which YouTube had been filtering so many videos by a robot named Content ID. This bot has the reason to bring life and death all over every uploaded videos on YouTube. This just meant that YouTube is asking users to pay the right-holders for the copyrighted content that is used in the videos because they wanted to make more money and don't have the benefits to share its profits.

Here are some videos made by EuropeForCreators.
