JOHN CARPENTER--The composer for My Old Kentucky Home. Here is director John Carpenter surrounded by many of his film's characters, from top to bottom: Darwin Joston from "Assault on Precinct 13", Nick Castle in "Halloween", Jamie Lee Curtis in "The Fog", The Thing in "The Thing", Kurt Russell in "Escape from New York", Keith Gordon in "Christine", Roddy Piper and Keith David in "They Live", James Hong in "Big Trouble in Little China", Jeff Bridges (sorta...lol) in "Starman", James Woods in "Vampires", Alice Cooper in "Prince of Darkness", Sam Neil in "In the Mouth of Madness" and Norman Reedus and Douglas Arthurs in "Cigarette Burns"

Michael Meyers is holding his knife wrong. The way you have it is authentic, but what I mean is movie people always hold knives wrong when they use a reverse grip. The sharp edge should face outward, not inward.
For horror Carpenter knows terror! And that's a fact.

And Snake Plissken is an anti hero for the ages.

Great homage to John Carpenter! He has to be one of my favourtie directors ever. Set aside the shity movie he did (Ghost of mars), you can't forget that he did Escape from New York, Big Trouble in Little China, one of the best remakes ever; The Thing. And he also made Halloween, which really gave birth to the slasher era. Nice job man

This guy sure is a good director, although I have to admit, that his greatest time was from 1978 to 1982. Before and after that his movies seem kinda trashy to me.

Great work...and a great idea. I have been playing around with the same idea. Just have put pencil to paper yet.
