Into The Mystic

While I was making this Sculpture I kept listening to the song "Into The Mystic" by Van Morrison which is a very beatiful song and I thought, what a coincidence!! This Sculpture is like if you were entering the Mystic so, that´s the title. If you want to see more photographs of this or any other of my Sculpture you can visit either my shop or my Portfolio

It reminds me a little bit of the movie What Dreams May Come, there's a scene on a similar boat. Very beautiful!

I love the composition; the boat sailing amongst the trees, the tiny dabs of colour, the addition of light within the page... An impressive piece, and well deserving of a DD!

Hope you don't mind, but I used your image to prompt a piece of flash fiction; A Kingdom of Paper

The image is included as a preview for the writing (credited of course), setting the scene for the narrative. If you like it then great! If not and you'd like me to remove the preview just let me know.

Also, I'm curious, have you ever considered creating a time-lapse of one of your pieces as your construct it? I think it would be fascinating to watch!
