COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY
• As artist, I own full rights to the artwork you commissioned from me.

REFUND POLICY AND CHANGE REQUESTS
• In the state of an emergency such as: emergency medical care, hospitalization, death, eviction or any other financial
emergency, and you are in need of a refund, please contact me personally.
• Under no circumstances will I refund a finished commission.
• I will be happy to correct any mistake on my behalf, such as something I forgot, however I will not correct any
mistakes after the sketch has been approved for the completion process. All changes must be requested during that time.
• You may request to change your character/outfit if I have not started.
• I will not accept any request for a major change afterwards.
WORK SPEED AND CORRESPONDENCE
• I am a slow worker, honestly.....Do not worry, it will get done. I am just slow, really...
• Depending on the difficulty of your commission, it may take anywhere from a few days to weeks or month.
• I will always inform you of a substantial delay.
• I tend to work while I am most motivated to ensure that your commission is completed.

• I will show you the finished sketch prior to lining the image, but keep in mind that this is not a 100% accurate
representation of what the illustration will look like.
• At any time you may contact me with comments, questions or concerns through DA notes.
• I may take a break from your commission and work on someone else's, this way I will not lose motivation or inspiration .
