It might be a 1964 1/2 mustang. It is a custom, so who knows. Great photo!

Yea it is. I just didn't put the half part. When you say 64 Mustang it is almost an automatic that it is a 64 1/2. Thanks for the comment... it was a beautiful car. It took a while to get the shot without a bunch of people hovering around it.

considering the minor differences betwen 64.5, 65, and 66, and the obvious modifications to this car, I'd say it's difficult to be that particular. There could be very little left of a 64 under it all but so long as the VIN reads 64 then it's a 64. To get that amount of dish under the rear of these little Stangs, I'm guessing the rear is narrowed, just one clue that would prevent me from saying it's not what the poster says it is.
