PRODUCT BUYING FAQ 
How do I buy your Products?
• First, pick out the piece(s) you want to buy. Remember the names of the items!
• Next, email me at mntshell@yahoo.com with your order OR note me on deviantArt. The rest of the payment process is done through email via paypal forms/invoices.
• After receiving payment, I will let you know when I have shipped your order. I ship pieces in a white cardboard jewelry box (with stuffing inside to protect it), then place the box inside a bubble mailer and drop it off at the post office. I also include a free gift with each order. I ship it first class mail so it should get to you within 5 days to 3 weeks—it all depends on where you live. I send everything through First Class mail, but if you need it sooner than that, you will obviously have to pay more in shipping.
• After you receive your piece, please send me an email confirming that you have indeed received your order--we all know how things can sometimes get lost in the mail or show up late!
Please note: There are NO REFUNDS and I do not yet ship to places outside the USA and Canada!
