And again nothing changed except for a little tension... and a smile...

I don't know how I came up with the idea of doing shots inside that boat would be a cool idea... this is crazy.

Thanks a lot. I'm not yet completely happy with my workflow for the setup. So I stopped to try another approach for the lighting *sigh...

Awesome scene, great combination of pose, expression, lighting and the water. It is great how the hair fits so well.

Lol... yeah they're gonna do some close range boarding maneuvers. Was about time.

The hair is dForce. I think after a lot of frustration with that, I picked up enough tricks to get it to behave. But it still can be a pain in the ass.

Ultramichelle's avatar

oh that for sure, sometimes they just explode or behave in some weird ways but you sure used it very well for the scene

Usually (assuming that dForce behaves like clothroom in POSER), exploding hair or clothes occur when there are polygons misplaced at the beginning of simulation (like intersections with body polygons or self-intersections of hair/cloth polygons)

Ultramichelle's avatar

oh that for sure but a few times it happens almost in the end of the process

I sometimes achieved to solve that with slightly modifying the "collision distance" and/or "collision offset" values (in POSER obviously, because I don't know dForce)

Ultramichelle's avatar

ah yes, i have no idea about the difference between them

Same for me, but when it works, it's enough for me :D

This woman attracts a lot of trouble. I wouldn't be surprised if she breaks her neck this time.

According to the laws of the genre, the wounded and the fat die first, you know that.
