First Time OmniV Powers

UPDATE (8/13/22): Now that the story chapter has concluded, I can finally show the dooble of Sofia I drew years ago with the other original six!~ X3c Both she and Ella had similar scary awakenings it seems T    v  T/ More Sofia stuffs will be posted in the coming weeks tooo!~


UPDATE (6/15/22): With his appearance in the current OmniV Story Chapter: 'Walk the Path' wrapped up, I decided now's probably a good time to update this sheet again before we reach the end of the chapter~ This fluffy boi in the corner is Enzō Masakado (the 'Enarxi of Creation', or better known as 'Harvester' in the chapter) decades before he became a cruel, powerful, and feared head figure of MAVRO. What could have happened to him to lead him down such a dark path...?
You may also notice that the Mark appeared on his left hand initially, which is different from where we saw it in the chapter~ But also remember that his adult self is missing most of his real left arm 🤔 Hmmmmm......

Had an idea back in September last year to doodle my OmniV characters as kiddos and show the moments their Omnivoyant abilities first manifested ;    w  ;/ I really like comparing younger/older versions of characters like this, so I decided why not!~ Some of these moments have been mentioned in the respective characters' character sheets, but I drew 'em for the first time here!

Moments of OmniV power awakening:

Leuedai: First manifested when being arrested for theft. Her powers disengaged the electronic handcuffs and unlocked the police car she was in~ This was back when she was homeless and still had her natural blonde hair color (with the blue streak she was born with).

Hana: First manifested while dancing around. Her sister and their mentor were also training nearby when they noticed her new abilities. Hana was happy to have another connection to her sister, but came to see that controlling her new abilities would be pretty difficult.

Tsukimaru: First manifested unfortunately when MAVRO agents were nearby. He involuntarily activated his new abilities trying to get a better sense of the direction the smell of food was coming from (as he was a stray). The agents took him to be experimented on.

Hiromi: First manifested defending herself and her (former) best friend Deirdre from a violent group of bullies. She badly burned her attackers and was horrified at the sight of what she did.

Adelaide: First manifested while flipping off one of her servants (who was trying to teach her proper etiquette) XP. Showing the servant how she felt about them was enough to evoke a subtle response from her powers~ Addie probably had the most uneventful awakening of her powers out of everyone, since it was only discovered her powers manifested after the servant noticed the Crest in her eyes pop up for a brief instant and the Mark appear on her arm.

Ella*: First manifested in her home with her father nearby. The sudden surge of power (and a mysterious, unknown voice calling out to Ella in her head) scared Ella, and caused the power of her fear (purple eyes = psychokinesis) to start moving objects whenever she moved her hands ;     ^  ;/ so potato scare... Ella had long hair in the past, and I just had the idea that maybe she put it in a ponytail when she was more energetic and carefree in her youth Dx The red streaks in her hair appeared at the same time as her powers.

Chai: First manifested when her family gifted her with a new pet kitty. The excitement she felt made cat ears involuntarily pop out for the first time :3c (Side note: the cat's name is Latte~)

Enzō Masakado/Harvester*: First manifested decades ago, long before any of the others on this sheet were born. One day he rubbed his eyes and then noticed the Mark had appeared on his left hand, along with a glowing energy he just unwittingly extracted from his eye. He opened his hand and the energy molded into a sakura flower, his best friend's favorite thing. Enzō immediately and excitedly ran off to show her the cool flower he created. The white streaks in his hair appeared at the same time as his powers.

Sofia*: First manifested while she still lived on the streets with all the members of Arc-en-ciel as kids (Rev/Arcène, Deirdre, Reyna, Rineke, and herself). While she was alone, Sofia's OmniV powers awakened and she received scattered flashes of various moments of her future which burst through her mind uncontrollably. Shortly afterwards, a small glowing orb emerged from her head and introduced itself as Pall, her Psūkhḗ and companion.
Sofia started wearing headbands from then on to try and hide the Omnivoyant Mark on her forehead from the others, especially Deirdre who had already been developing a deep hatred towards Omnivoyant.
Sofia's hair also started to appear brighter in color around her head, but maintained its original darker purple from her shoulders down.

*[Note: When an Enarxi awakens their OmniV power for the first time, a portion of their Enarxi power is also released. This can be seen in Enzō's ability to create a physical object right off the bat, in Ella's uncontrollable surge of power from her strong emotional reaction, and in Sofia's powerful and overwhelming future sight. Ella's purple-eyed power of psychokinesis hasn't reached that level of strength since.]
