Design Approvals

Approvals:

The Rules:

• Make sure to follow the design rules, of course!
  
• Imports must be saved as a .png and maintain the original size and dimensions!
• The lines may be colored, so long as they are darker than what lies beneath them!
  
• There may be a small halo around the import, as long as it is under the Ixi and doesn't affect the color of it! Other edits to the background cannot be made without items.
  
• Shading may only be present on the skin/extras/some mutations, the main body must remain unshaded so that the marking and base colors can easily be referenced.
• If your design has a marking or mutation like Glitter nGlt/GltGlt or Horizon nHz/HzHz that allows you to pick from base coat swatches, please let us know what swatch you used! If you forget and we can't tell what swatch was used, we may comment to ask.
• Mutations no longer require a Mutation Station to edit or customize! You can freely customize mutations as you wish!
  

Once you've made sure that all that was taken care of, please do the following!

• Upload the finished .png to your sta.sh - this should be done on the owner's account, even if you had a different designer.
• Please do not upload it to your main gallery - leave it in the sta.sh!
  
• Fill out the Import Details 2.0 in the sta.sh description! Please remove all comments in [brackets] before submitting. We no longer accept the old format of Import Details - make sure to use the 2.0 version! Do not add extra information such as their personality and nicknames, this can be added on lorekeeper!
  
• Then fill out the form!
  

When you're done with all that, please reply to this comment with the following form!

Design: [link to sta.sh]
Proof of ownership: [link to breeding/transfer/etc comment]
Items Used: [list any items used to edit the geno or appearance! check here to reference item legality!]

Corrections:

If something in your design doesn't follow the rules, we'll let you know what and how to fix it. If that happens, you'll have to take the updated design over here once you're done touching it up.

If there's an error in the text portion, you won't need to go to Corrections, we'll just ask you to fix the areas that need it and you can reply to the admin comment when you're done!

Corrections Rules:

• Please be polite to design approvals admins! It's totally understandable to feel down if something winds up being turned down, we don't blame you, just don't get mad at us for doing our jobs, okay?
• If you don't understand why you were sent to corrections or how to fix the problem, please feel free to ask! We will do our best to help.
• Please keep your original sta.sh file so we can easily check for what was changed! This also goes for any updates to the original that also, unfortunately, needed corrections - while you may want to delete these, we'll need to keep track of comments on these sta.sh files so we can properly assist you.
  

When you're done fixing whatever needs done, please reply here with the following form!
