Several figures in hoods and masks walk around a section of the Black Market, occasionally taking a customer aside and talking to them, sometimes leading them into a private booth with a partner.
Sometimes only one Ixi comes out of the booth. No one addresses where the other one went.
They never come out of the booth looking the way they did when they walked in.
Before you can pass the stands by, one of the hooded figures puts a paw on your shoulder, the grin etched in their mask just a bit too wide.
"Need a change?"
Input 2 genos:
Live Transmutation can only be performed on genos, not uploaded Rixixi. Ketixi genos can only be transmuted to other Ketixi genos.Geno 1 (including number if relevant):

"Keep in mind that this process will grant irreparable changes to the Ixi in question. If that's all right, commit by dropping off the above form here. Ah, yeah, and you can only use the booths once a week, too. Health 'n safety. Gotta make sure you lot aren't changing so fast you hurt yourselves."
Changes?
"Of course - feel free to read on about the side effects. There are some unexpected ones... and, of course, the desirable ones."
Mutations that can occur on one or both genos due to a failed Live Transmutation:
There is a 30% chance of one rolling on a failed Live Transmutation geno. Up to 3 can roll.

The Changes:
"Of course, you wanna know what really happens here. Here's what can happen to ya, and the odds of each of 'em."
10% Chance of both genos combining into a Manticore.
This is considered a success. Random Mutations will not occur.30% Chance of both genos combining into a singular geno.
This is considered a success. Random Mutations will not occur.
10% Chance of genos swapping a random amount of markings and mutations.
This is considered a failure and can cause random mutations on one or both genos.
Both genos will have a random amount of their available markings and mutations chosen and then swapped onto the other Ixi.
Both genos will have a random amount of their available markings and mutations chosen and then swapped onto the other Ixi.
10% Chance of one geno taking all markings from the other geno.
This is considered a failure and can cause random mutations on one or both genos.
10% Chance of one geno taking all mutations from the other geno.
This is considered a failure and can cause random mutations on one or both genos, even the one that lost all its prior mutations.
This is considered a failure and can cause random mutations on the geno.
10% Chance of both genos combining, but guaranteeing Chimera as an additional mutation and adding each geno’s markings on its own side.
If one geno is already a chimera, all markings on its side will be combined into one geno string, and the effect will still occur. This is considered a failure and can cause random mutations on the geno.
10% Chance of both genos combining, but leaving behind a blank geno.
This is considered a failure and can cause random mutations on the combined geno. In this case, the second geno must be blank and will not obtain random mutations other than a chance for Albinism. Any base coat can occur on the blank geno.If transmuting a Ketixi outside of the month of the Veluchasm Festival, this option will not roll.
10% Chance of Chance of both genos combining, but a set of genes being added due to influence of creatures in the area.
This is considered a failure and can cause random mutations on the geno, as well as one randomized complete set of Canon Creature Additional Genes.

On Lineages of Fused Genos:
When submitting a combined geno for approval, to make their new combined lineage, take a Giver side from one of the original genos and a Receiver side from the other, and then combine the split lineage into one. The Giver does not have to be from geno 1 and vice versa, the Giver and Receiver simply have to be from different genos.
If this results in "inbreeding", this does not result in a penalty for the combined geno, but can affect cubs if the combined geno is bred.
If Radiation Sickness existed in the original genos, the resulting combined geno has all of the radiation sicknesses combined - with no real limitations except that the same exact Radiation Sickness, if present on both original genos, fuses into itself (won't show twice); the same Radiation Sickness can even show up on different tiers.
Blank:
Blank genos from the Live Transmutation booths have been tested. They have no genetic relation to the Ixi they came out of the booth with.
"Blank" Ixi from the result "10% Chance of both genos combining, but leaving behind a blank geno" have no lineage and will not inherit Radiation Sickness.
Fogshards can be applied to them, however, if 10 or more genes are applied, they will obtain two relevant starters in their lineage upon design approval for the sake of balance.
Subspecies:
When fusing different subspecies, the resulting geno has a 50/50 chance of being either subspecies. When fusing the same subspecies, you'll always get the same subspecies back.
