DO NOT post pictures using my stock in photography sections you did not take these so it is not your photography skills being displayed Your free to be creative but please keep the pictures from this site with models tasteful. Please no fetish or hatful content! Please only artistic nudity other then that your free to do what you like(artistic nudity does not include pornographic content and I will ask you to remove it)

Exclusives
Exclusives have the same rules as regular stock! Exclusives can not be used by anyone who has not purchased them for anything! NO Traditional art reference if you do not purchase the image first! I will have the image removed!

Commercial Use
prints on DA, redbubble, etc are allowed as long as the print run is less then 1000 prints I do allow my images to be used on covers. There is a $40 commercial licensing fee for every commercial use. If you would like to use the image for a book cover,CD cover, puzzle etc please contact me first. Failure to contact me before the image is used in print is copyright violation. All I ask is do be notified of such publishings so I can go get a copy! if you would like to use my images in an advertisement for your product you can purchase a license or send me a copy of the final image/item (deviantart members only, but can be negotiated) When using my stock for commercial use I do ask for a donation of some kind to my stock fund or a physical copy of the book, CD, etc ____________________________________
I work with several costumers/etsy sellers in the advertisement of products. If you are interested in exposure for your product or images to use for your site/auctions please contact me

Helpful info
After receiving and responding to a commercial request this week I thought I would share/remind everyone of some info about stock. :)
Just because stock is uploaded on DA doesn't mean you can use it for every project.
Some places, and even objects, are controlled by third parties or copyrighted. Even if the stock artist took the image they may not have permission to use the likeness in the image.
Example: An image taken of the Eiffel tower at night is copyrighted. Meaning that you can take a picture of it, but you cannot use it in any type of commercial endeavor (including prints).

I am still doing comic cons, and I have a few more coming up in a few months. Last weekend I was at Pensacon with Wolf Studios Photography as their celeb photo op photographer :) I got to shoot Columbia, Magenta, and Brad from Rocky Horror! When you ask about book covers don't
I have a lot of inquires about using stock for book covers as well as other commercial works. Inquiries come from a number of different sources including: publishing companies, designers, and sometimes from the authors themselves. Here is some of the things I have noticed about a lot of these messages that are more damaging then helpful, and un professional. Please understand that this isn't about anyone in general nor do I feel anyone is being rude or disrespectful purposefully. I thought it would be helpful for the people inquiring and for other stock artists on DA.
One of the biggest things I see is asking if the price listed is correct,

My external hard drive crashed, which has the majority of my new exclusives on it. So, do not try to paypal me for exclusives until further notice. I am going to try and recover it or send it out, but it will be awhile before they are ready again.
Premium content downloads are still okay to purchase of DA.
