I'd just say.. try looking closely into her eyes.. from my point of view it seems her eyes are looking into two different things, her right eye (observer POV) seems to be looking a little bit down than the left eye, just wanted to say that.
Drawing eyes is very tricky they're almost perfect, I just noticed this small imperfection

I used to draw eyes all the time.. my drawing teacher would scold me every time I got it wrong, because he knew how I liked it.. so.. I kinda developed this critique sense over eyes aha

You don't sound rude at all, no worries. I always appreciate a honest critique, and I agree, there is always something to improve. Personally, I struggle with painting hair the most, I find it hard to bring it to the realistic level I want it to look. It's always either not done enough or overdone, it's so hard to find middle ground.
