As you will no doubt notice upon viewing this the thread ran when I didn't stop to think that this was hand dyed thread that is not colour fast at the moment I dunked it in cold water to wet it before pressing on a towel.
The lesson to be learnt is to always check your thread for colourfastness before using and treat accordingly, sometimes all it needs is an extra rinse or two
Done on 14ct light blue Aida with Jodyri threads: Blue moon for the cross stitch and nevermore and ruby slippers for the back stitching.

I know how much you love quality and it pains me that this happened, but you ARE under the weather and frankly I would have done the same darn thing!
