Vega Tribunal Masked Warrior

Finally finished this mod.
As usual I tried my best to polish up any clipping that might occur as best as I could to make this mod as smooth as possible.
Also sorry for the large file size. I tried to condense him down as much as possible. I tried to vary the mask styles and colours as much as possible to make it more interesting.
If you come across any major issues that I might have missed please bring them to my attention.
