To me, photography is not only an art. There is something to say about capturing the love between two people, or a family. It is simply amazing to edit pictures and take pictures of people that are truly happy and have a love that is Christ like for one another. Every time I shoot, I can feel the connection, whether it be good or bad, between the subjects I am shooting. It is an awesome feeling and that is one of many reasons I love photography.

So, I am in love.....WITH MY NEW CAMERA. It is top of the line and the newest out....and I must say...it is sheer awesomeness. It takes HD video and has so many settings I think I'll be playing around for years trying to get them figured out. I already have a couple shoots and have already done a couple shoots! I have a wedding scheduled too...pretty excited about that. I used to not like doing weddings, but after the last one, I really like them...just a little more high stress because you only have 1 chance to get the shot. I haven't uploaded all of my pieces yet as I have been uploading them on my website to use it as an online portfolio.

Decided I would write a quick little update as there are a ton of exciting changes happening in my life. First off, I re-dedicated myself to Christ 2 Easters ago and could not be happier. Since I've been back on the Christian path, just sort of feels like everything makes sense...yeah I have my days, but not nearly like I used to! I am on fire for God and not afraid to admit it. I am not a cram it down your throat Christian but will def stick up for my Heavenly Father when being bashed. Moved back to my hometown as I was having some health issues.
