Strobocop started seemingly popping up in the Hydonos region a few years ago, many believe the reason is the increased crime rate appearing in the region.

It will chase down anyone that doesn’t follow the law. 

First believed to be a Magnezone variant. But it is now confirmed not to be the case.

It’s more and more apparent that human intervention in pokemon DNA is taking place, many question the moral boundaries of this.
