good afternoon All Souls !
I wanted to inform you that I'm going to change my username - so don't be frightened if you see in your newsfeed works from a "stranger".
Recently I got involved in making videos of my Canadian footage so, please, follow my yt channel to see British Columbia with my eyes.
I also work on 3 lookbooks (finally!).
One of them is the second edition of "Melancholia" (66 photographs from 2012-2017, softcover, 21x21, available on MAGCLOUD).
The next one project is "Moths usually fly at dusk" - with my darker "occult" works from 2014-2019.
I also plan some zines among other with my analog photos from Vancouver.
as every style of art the emotive wave has its constant motives like: sadness, love, death, forest, body, flowers....
sometimes you think: who has started this style ? and you get in your mnd the cotemporary artists.
I looked deeper in the deviantArt, back to 2008 & 2009 when a lot of "emotive artists" from now were still "in the pre-school" :P when the following works already existed. Take a look at these roots...
The artists are no longer active, they're not popular either... they probably don't need your faves....
several days ago I discovered that cool work made by Ben. When I told him how cool it was, he started to complain about everything ^^ claiming it's totally not an interesting piece of Art. Let's make him angry together and give him a positive feedback :juggle:
my today's journal I would like to dedicate to traditional artists creating imaginary, a little bit fairy-tale like works.
