Sergi Korvak grew up on a large corporate freighter listening to tall tales told by his grandmother. One such tale was about a mythical beast called a Yeti, found long ago on a planet far far away.. As much as he loved her stories, Sergi knew that his family was essentially nothing more than indentured servants, so he dreamed of one day making it affordable for anyone with a dream and a yin to travel to do so on their own terms. Thus Korvadyne was born.

The Yeti 1300 is one of Korvadyne's oldest and most popular designs. A bit bulky and rough around the edges, the Yeti has none the less won the hearts of many a captain, and it's many variations can be seen throughout known space.

The stock model has two cargo-bays (one of which carries it's own unique launch craft), bunks for up to seven people, a nice central communal area, a small med-bay, two defense turrets with independent control systems and a unique two tier bridge with a sensor station designed with explorers in mind. It's engines feature a matter scoop and filter system that allows the ship to refuel in stellar bodies of appropriate composition, giving it an excellent range, and it's parallel airlock/ramp combinations make customization easier for those with unique needs.

Nice ship, well laid out, good access to most places, working on the engines from inside the ship looks tough; the circles on the dorsal sides are bordering hatches right (?), for linking up with other craft. SW ESB, the Falcon docked with the Big Ship at the end of the movie.

Yes, if you look closely there are ladders in the airlock halls that lead to those hatches; first use of it in the Falcon was when Lando catches Luke under cloud city. Likewise you'll notice that the side doors are a standardized airlock system throughout my designs, and fit perfectly to a Korvadyne built station. [link]

Detail isn't great because of the angle but the primary engineering access is the entire back wall of the space between the cargo holds.. The scoop fueling system goes over the living space from the front, while the primary fuel storage is in the belly of the ship.

It doesn't look it for the layout of this one (especially around the back), but I tried to pay close attention to the space not shown in consideration of the mechanics of the ship. Look at image 06; a person can stand at the top of the ramp/bottom of the stairs and look into the ship; their upper chest will be all that is above the floor level of the main deck, so the depth of that undefined space throughout the lower half of the ship is about two feet.
