This week, we're celebrating Fairy Tales & Folk Stories!
We've all heard tales of princes and princesses, oceans and forests, and trickster spiders and helpful birds. Whether we read them in school or heard them before we went to sleep at night, these stories a part of us, which makes them worth celebrating. So this week, we're sharing our favorite fairy tales & folk stories with each other!
- Leave a comment on this journal telling us your what your favorite fairy tale or folk story is and why, and include a deviation you've found from around deviantART to go with it too!
- Ten Premium Members who take part will be randomly selected to win 100 Points each!
- All entries must be in Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 11:59 PM Los Angeles time.
For example, this could be my entry:
Feel free to include stories from any culture, whether it's Hans Christian Anderson's The Little Mermaid or the Japanese tale Tsuru no Ongaeshi. The more stories, the better!
Happy Thursday deviants, and happy sharing!
