A few weeks ago I wore out my Intuos4 tablet pen nib to the point where I realized I could not remove it with tweezers and change it, THEN to make it worse, the more I tried to take it out with tweezers the shorter and shorter it got until it was impossible to grab onto it at all. This was incredibly infuriating as, for some reason, it took weeks for Wacom to get back to me (actually, they never got back to me the first time) and I ended up having to send another e-mail to them about this situation, in which they hastily responded this time around.
After I finally got a response for this issue, I was presented with two options. Buy another pen ($50 dollars out of my pocket) or try pulling/pushing it out with a pin. Fortunately, pushing it out with a pin worked! But I am still disappointed that these were the only two options that I was presented with: give Wacom more money for their poorly designed tablet pen (which I hadn't even had for a year yet) or try to figure it
