All Images within my galleries are manipulated sketches or photos, or creative generations utilizing Artificial Intelligence, using detailed "Prompts" engineered in a particular order to attain the visionary results.

All image descriptions, literature, poems, stories, and engineered prompts are written and/or developed by me, and are 100% protected under 17 U.S.C. § 102 of US Copyright Laws. Images that I own, create, or generate via AI that accompany  these protected writings as a set, fall within the protected scope of these laws. Disagree? That's what lawyers are for.

The majority of these creations started as sketches that were then Image2Image enhanced and manipulated with AI Engineering Software to attain the desired look and realism. All Images are heavily edited using Adobe products by both eliminating and adding elements, and include human digital drawing and painting of further desired details. All images are then scaled up or down to reach the final image size and desired definition.

No Images within my galleries are 100% AI Creations. My beginning images have been removed from DeviantArt. Not because I am against AI. I am NOT. AI tools are used extensively throughout the creative process. I utilize Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Dall-E for many raw elements, clean-up, and upscale. I believe AI is a fantastic tool, and is the perfect method for those with no artistic skills to learn some basic concepts. But I personally am more proud of works that require me to have more of a hand throughout its stages of development and in the final editing. But AI tools are a fantastic method for attaining a look and feel that may not have been originally conceived.

I understand that the "haters", "trolls", and traditional "artists" more often than not have no idea what it takes to create a specifically desired image. I'm not talking random puke with deformities and relics, but a specific outcome. Mathematics, data engineering, and the ability to describe what you're after are crucial. Just look at some of the creations some of the top AI ARTISTS produce. Pure magic. And many times these pieces produce an emotional connection or response, which is the whole purpose of art. Even the many hand drawn stick figures I see here produce a response. Usually disgust. But it's still an emotional response, therefore it should also be considered art.

I try hard not to use the word "art" when describing or promoting my creations in order to not offend the "Traditionalists", or "AI" haters, but enough human interaction occurs during all steps of the creative process that calling it "art", or at a minimum a subset of "digital art" would not be stretching the truth. With that being said, if you do not agree with AI Imagery, AI assistance, or Artificial Intelligence in general, please forgive me for offending your sensitivities, and kindly block me from your feed.

Constructive criticism is always appreciated. Immaturity and insults will be reported to the DA Team. I'm an OG Gen-Xer, so I really don't have the time, nor the patience for any sissy-la-la pizzahead attitudes. And I'm trying to play nice here on DA, which is difficult for someone who breaks bolts for a living with a 6 foot torque wrench.
