I'm in the process of hollowing out this whacking great big book all in the name of art. So far I've spent hours over the last few days on it and I'm not even half way through! Grrrr!!! There is paper everywhere, BUT I shall keep plugging on.
I may not have posted anything in a fair while but I have been working on some things. I've been commissioned to make another altered art book, I've been doing bits and pieces in my art journal and I'm currently trying to do an alternative self portrait, altered art style. I'm having trouble making teeny origami lotus flowers for it because of the required times you need to fold the paper, but I WILL find a way! Thinking decopatch paper or foil, as they are a lot thinner. We'll see though.

I'm working on my Everest! Painting-wise anyway. I have three 80cm x 40cm canvas' which will form one huge oil painting. As you can imagine, it's not easy to line them all up to make a continuously flowing picture by swapping and changing the boards around to ensure it all matches. One canvas is finished, the other two are half finished and I'm hoping that in the not too distant future, they will be completed. - I have a habit of leaving things for a little while and then never returning to them, or leaving them for months/years and then doing something completely different with them.
