Very nice.

I like the bit of dirt you added to the front tire.

Well spotted that man! Makes it all worth while if someone notices.
I love putting a little dirt on things (overlay alphas) overdone one this one though

You're making me even more envious of your skills.  I'd say that's an appropriate amount of dirt.

As I mentioned to radaVid, my dad had one of these in '63 and, like everyone else in the 50s/60s, sold it for scrap (about 70 centimes) ... That's what makes them rare I suppose.

I preferred the colour version but black and white hides a multitude of sins.

:D

(After rendering it I realisied that I'd rather spend an hour with the car than with the chauffeuress... I'm finally beyond help :(

 But wouldn't that f%$# up the upholstery after a few "sessions"?  ;)

Actually I had you in mind when I was texturing the shiny boots. I've always found putting a mirror finish on boots very relaxing (never having had the space for a "zen garden")

:) (Smile) I know what you mean, in basic I spent a couple of hours a day, getting that shine on my boots, and while I was doing it, my mind wandered, and gamboled about like a spring lamb, very relaxing...Nod

Hi Pete and the President of Norway!

This is a wonderful fine artwork. I love the monochrome tone and all the reflections. Your attention to detail is awesome. The cell phone in the glovebox with my phone number on speed dial was an outstanding idea.

Random Animated Emoticon Thank you for sharing your wondrous artwork with us.

I'll be at the end of the driveway awaiting my ride to town.

:lel: Hi ya' Grant :lel:

The monochrome effect is technically referred to as "Damage Limitation" (car was too dark, she was too bright, grass too green, etc)
Idea .... If I take all the colours out, nobody'll ever know WOOT, animation success

:D

BTW Dog just texted me from Brisbane, Australia, and told me to say "Hvordan har du det Grant?"

Hail King of Norway,

Alle dagen lang Crows jage mig i min bil, for fødevarer. All night long mine drømme er fyldt med flammende katte og jonglering dragons eller jeg bliver jagtet af Super modeller i eksotiske sportsvogne. Tror du, det er Alfred E Neuman te?

Du burde prøve eukalyptus træ pinde i Australien. Vær meget forsigtig, når omkring eventuelle kænguru besætninger. De er professionelle boksere.

venligt,

Grant

Wow - very cool.  If she does follow the rules, and it seems she does - it does beg the question: how did she get here?   I suppose the photographer drove?

Love those reflections in the fenders and the side of the car.  Even the boots.   The details are exquisite.

Excellently done - as always.

Such a pragmatic comment before lunch! :faint: .... I'm sure the car's been parked there for quite a while, otherwise I'd've put the tyre tracks in the grass (Honest! That's how sad I'm becoming). I really regret not having placed the photographer in this one now... Although, on reflection (), I suppose he'd only be visible in the headlamp lens :ponder:

I actually thought I saw a photographer in the right, rear fender...   but - it might be a tree or such.

Back when I was a babe my father was given an SS Roadster as payment for installing some home radiators. He didn't have any money to put gas in it so he sold it the next day for 10 shillings ($1) as scrap metal. Nobody wanted them because the were called "SS" (too soon after the war)... Come to think of it I've never ever met anyone called Adolf. The power of words! As a poet, you yourself could be considered a very dangerous character indeed!  ;)
