Cyber-Conscript

(Side note): FINALLY, AFTER MY CRAPPY WINDOWS 8 LAPTOP (THAT WAS AROUND $600) CRASHED FOR THE 5TH AND LAST TIME (IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS), AND USING A SLOW PC TO CONTINUE DRAWING, AND NUMERUS OTHER THINGS, I CAN FINALLY  POST MY ART AGAIN!
...Anyway,

This is the next unit for the Hand of Robotropolis.

Cyber Conscripts are the more advanced mainline anti-infantry units.

Cost: $355

Their mobility is 5% faster, their health is up by 3%, and their main weapon has an increased 8% fire rate and a 4% damage increase.

Their secondary weapon is the Black-Napalm cocktail, which can clear out garrisoned structures, is more effective against vehicles, and can set a small area on fire for a few seconds, however, the fire rate is slow.
