Just know that I am still alive, and no, I have neither forgotten you, nor run off with your money. Going into the "Commission Extravaganza", there was a small piece of information I had yet to share: I owed my Patrons and Donors some THIRTY pages of comics. That's over-and-above the 6 main commissions I took. But also, substantially BEFORE I took those jobs. After a long struggle with technology, nerves and scheduling, I now FINALLY have the lineart done for most of those. If you're still wondering where the hell your commission is, it's coming. Soon. I promise. There's been a few things going on that everyone should be aware of. And one of those things is, I AM working on them. Specifically, I have a slate of 27 comic pages I am working on dating back to 3 years ago. It's a bit of a collaborative effort, but in terms of "owing", these are the highest priority due to age. And I have very limited time thanks in no small part to my "Day Job". Actually, I think the total is 35... at any rate, we've knocked the total down to 30, but that's still THIRTY comic pages. All of which I am inking and coloring myself (with
Noooo, I haven't forgotten you. But, please understand that, like so many artists, when all of my anxiety stress points collide, I hit a kind of paralysis. It's temporary, and you WILL get your stuff. Few things: #1) I didn't make enough in commissions so far to cover even 1/100th of my expenses so far. I got a little "leg up", but it was very short-lived. You'll note I am not flogging away at the "commissions slots" because I actually consider it unethical to keep taking on more and more and more commissions when I have made this little progress on what I have. This is made all the more daunting because I have all this labor to do, and no ad
