eye placement need work....... Bg looks fair.... You're smoke effects need better shapes ... Go look at some explosion videos and focus on smoke shape... Sandals look well colored... clothing could use a darker and bluer color.. Speed marks on the ground need to be blurred as well as the air on the top left corner needs to be blurred.. line art looks good ... *Lazy critique* but just trying to help
