Featuring Double Targetmaster Scoop and Armada Starscream from the Generations toy line, this mini-comic belongs to the portfolio of two of the artists involved in the Third Party comics projects.

Someone is mistaking Nebulan Targetmaster Cyborgs for Armada Minicons. And the same goes for Scoop as Armada Scavenger.

The Omniversal Underbase is the expanded version of the Cybertronian Underbase that was featured in the original Transformers saga: issues #47-50 of the G1 Marvel run.

Imagine the Underbases of every existing Transformers universe, connecting to each other into a multiversal network that allows total knowledge to flow from one reality to another: this is the Omniversal Underbase, under the control of the enlightened Cybertronians featured in IDW's Regeneration One title (Boltax and friends!).
