Soooooo. This is pretty much how Ruben and Leon turned up to their bonding ceremony - a complete MESS. Leon was running off 2 hrs sleep, not having slept due to over-excitement and binge-eating. Ruben got wasted with Tod (Canajun's guy) because it was Ruben's first time off base in over 8 months. He wanted to celebrate! Normally he can hold a fair amount of alcohol but he found he was BADLY out of practice. Leon was woken to the sound of Ruben throwing up in their dorm room bin - nice - and then they both kind of scrambled to get ready BADLY. Leon was the only reason Ruben got there at all tbh.

Ruben can resist Leon's friendship all he wants but some things will always 'be' no matter which reality certain characters exist. It's moments like these that make the foundations of timeless friendships...

Heeeee! You know how much I love Leon! I had so much fun with this. I know we were saying to ourselves, can't quite remember how they became friends in Dammed 1.0 - but now we will alway have this visual memory of how things started in Dammed 2.0.
