Cuboid road pattern

This is not a pattern, this is my laptop stress test !

This board is covered with replicas of a simple cuboid - at least in the beginning it was just a cuboid, then things turned out of control !

The isolated one you can see in additional files is the original component. It already uses 2 standard Inkscape patterns (bricks, slightly bended to make it isometric compliant  + polka dots medium) + Voronoï extension for another wall pavement. 
Below this one, you can see the elementary pattern tile made of its clones.
