Hi. I am Maria, the owner of the account "officialmaria". As you probably remember, I started holding a fanart contest but after a short time, my account got deactivated.
Actually, it was not me who deactivated, I got banned by an deviantart admin for having 2 accounts. I had a second alternate account and somehow they found out and closed both my alternate account and my main account.
Now I cant do anything with that account. I cant comment/fav/reply to notes and of course cant transfer points. That basically means that all the points I had saved for the contest got stuck on that banned account and now I cant transfer them to the winners.
Given the circumstances, I have no choice but to cancel the contest. I'm really sorry about this, I know you and everyone else worked hard to do their entries but without those points, I dont think I could continue holding the contest. I cant hold a contest if I no longer have the prizes for the winners. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

But why did they ban you in the first place? You are aloud to have more than one account on DA

You are allowed to have more than one account, unless you are ban evading or block evading.
She probably got banned for a good reason. Evidence is being gathered as we speak - she is very likely Avarici0us, a well-known fraud. XD
