Have been drawing practically all my life with a major break in between (yay adult life happened). But I got back to painting and am eager to tell you the story of "Isar's Vengeance".

Working on my art has helped me in many ways and I truly hope that y'all will enjoy taking part in this artistic (and story telling) journey with me.

I always have to be busy so I always have a slew of projects (yes, I have the comic as a project but that is never enough). This can be DIYing something, crocheting, learning something new or trying out new recipes. While I do like gaming I get consumed by it for long stretches of time that I try to NOT get into a new game when I know I have deadlines to meet

Many people here are introverts, but heck I'm quite the extrovert, so don't hesitate to say hi and strike up a conversation. I'm online almost everyday (yay to office work I guess?)

Isar's Vengeance 2nd anniversary! Ask Anything

It has been another year! But thanks to my busy personal life I totally forgot about it, or rather didn't realize it was at the start of September! Lots of things have changed, many have stayed the same. Last year I did a pic for the first anniversary and offered to answer all questions but I didn't get the message across. This time I'll try a bit harder with this little journal! Ask Isar/Bohan/other characters/me Anything about the comic! I'll draw the answers and tag you respectively. If no one has a question :shrug: then I can say I at least tried interacting with y'all. Have a great start into the new week!

Why I removed my 'goal'

While scheduling some new pages for the comic after a very tiring day at work, I just realized that having the goal of hitting 100 patreon supporters to publish two pages a week wouldn't make any sense. Theoretically speaking 100=100 bucks? No, patreon takes a cut so it is more like around 80 or such. I can't afford to double my output of pages for not even 1/10 of my salary. I had hoped that this goal of two pages a week would help me find more supporters in total. But no, it didn't. I am glad that my exposure here is gradually on the rise but to make my comic/art something to live off of (and basically do it during the day and not just a couple hours after work), I need to change strategy. My aim of one page a week - no matter what - hasn't changed. I'm too stubborn to let that go. Isar's story has grown too much for me to just give up. I have applied to some cons to table at. Will make a decent list of cons that I can reasonably table at and apply to them in the coming

I hate how inactive I am after the very busy month of MerMay... and now I messed up the schedule of my comic too. I am just so tired and it reflects on my art or rather lack thereof... Work is so freaking busy and the heat is not helping either. I really want to do more art but time is such a luxury. So my call to guys/gals still in school/college or in general not needing to work: use your time well!
